The second discussion of the Security and Defenca Talks series was dedicated to hybrid threats, especially the disinformation in regards to COVID-19 and the global pandemic. The event was opened by the state secretary of Ministry of foreign affairs, Martin Klus. Editor-in-chief of the portal Antipropaganda.sk, Matej Spišák, introduced the research about disinformation regarding COVID-19. Other speakers in discussion were – director of the portal Infosecurity.sk – Victor Breiner, director of STRATPOL – Matej Kandrík, director of think-tank European Values – Jakub Janda and director of SSPI – Peter Köles.
